My figurative paintings confront vulnerability by exploring the multiplicity of the self. I reflect on the psychological complexities of being present in one’s existence by staging duplicates of my likeness within intimate spaces. By highlighting moments that showcase both interaction and disconnect, I examine how individuals embody different roles throughout their own experience.
